PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2018, Momentum² consulted with Charles Darwin University to develop a comparative analysis of competitor universities to benchmark the university. The aim of the analysis was to improve the university’s future fundraising and advancement activities.

This involved extensive liaison and consultation with university staff, international education agents, other institutions and agencies. Researching key trends and statistics in various areas including but not limited to Indigenous education, alumni, communications and the economic environment for fundraising in the Northern Territory and beyond.

The project took place over three months and involved considerable research, client meetings and interviews. We produced a 200 page report and presentation for the project.
